1. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom orders may take 10–15 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Orders are shipped via reputed logistics partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, or private freight carriers for bulk orders.

Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: 10–14 business days (may vary)

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹XX,XXX

  • Orders below the threshold will incur shipping charges based on weight & destination

  • Bulk Orders: Freight charges quoted separately

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspect all shipments on delivery.

  • Report damages/shortages within 24 hours with photographic evidence

  • If confirmed, we offer replacement or credit note (no refunds)

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns accepted only for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

  • Transit damage (reported within 24 hours)

Not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size, color, etc.)

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Custom/made-to-order products

Return Process

  • Initiate return within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags

  • Return shipping cost borne by the customer unless it’s our error

Refund Policy

  • No refunds for B2B orders

  • We offer:

    • Replacements (if available)

    • Credit notes (valid for 6 months)

3. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

  • 100% advance payment for first-time buyers

  • Payment modes: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque

Credit Policy (Repeat Buyers)

  • Credit terms: Net 15/30 days (based on purchase history & credibility)

  • Late Payments: 2% monthly penalty for overdue invoices

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund

  • After Dispatch: No cancellations allowed

  • Custom Orders: Cannot be canceled once production starts

5. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data is collected solely for order processing & service improvement

  • No sharing/selling of personal data to third parties, except for logistics/payment purposes

  • Data is securely stored and protected from unauthorized access

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are exclusive of GST

  • Applicable taxes are added during checkout

Liability Clause

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, including hotel revenue or reputational damage

Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Natural disasters
